Dr. Marchell “Marc” Boston is passionate about assisting individuals to reach their goals. Under his mentorship, several educators have been promoted to various positions that include principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and lead teacher. He is ans award winning administrator, who serves as an Executive Administator. As an executive administrator, he supervises and coaches principals.
Dr. Boston has 24 years of school-based leadership experience, which includes 19 years as a building principal. His extensive school leadership experiences includes opening a new school and serving as principal at five schools. As a former "turn-around" principal, he is credited with providing leadership, which resulted in two schools being removed from the GA DOE's list of underperforming schools. Dr. Boston has worked in higher education for 17 years. His specialty areas include school climate, school transformation, and leadership development.
